We hired Jefco to paint about six rooms in our house. Overall we are very happy with the results. The lead painter, Karen, did a fantastic job, was extremely courteous and made sure that every step her crew took was acceptable to us. They made the extra effort to remove their shoes while in the house and Karen even offered to feed our cat when we went out of town while they were painting. There were some problems with the rest of the crew - the weather was really nice, and they sometimes didn't show up, leaving Karen to do all of the work herself. The only reason Jefco did not get the highest rating in the courtesy category was because of their owner at the time, who I believe has since sold the company. We had had great quality and color choices in the past with a certain brand of paint, and we went and selected colors of that brand. When we met with the owner to get an estimate, he told us that he hated that brand, it was difficult to use, and it would likely cost us quite a bit extra if we decided to use it. So then we had to go through the process of trying to match the colors we selected with his preferred brand in order to make budget. And of course, some of the matches weren't close enough, but we dealt with it. He also appeared at our door without warning one evening over a week after the project was complete to pick up supplies and garbage that were left on our back deck.

I had begun to start my project myself, but due to time constraints contracted Jeffco painting to do the job. They did and noticed thing that I had not. They did a great job.

This company was owned by Jack Fecker who built a solid reputation for quality. The new owner, Victor Guess, is cunning and devious. He will say what you want to hear and then never follow thru. He started our job on 8/1 and now at the end of September is still not finished. I fired him yesterday. Problems that the new painer will face are as follows: Painted hinges, paint on new hardwood floors, unmasked doors with paint on door jams, paint debris in garage,unsanded woodwork, missed spots on walls, and additional cleanup costs because the work was not done on schedule. Do not hire this company.

First rate all the way. Will have them back to paint doors and install crown molding.

I had to withhold the last payment to get them to finish the job. I had pointed out several areas where they had done a sloppy job and needed correction.

So far so good. The job is not completed yet. I will update this rating when job is completed.

Great customer service. Take the pain out of a remodel

Vincent with Jeffco was AMAZING! He responded to my request the very same day - he and his crew were always on time and the quality of their work is outstanding. My husband and I have worked with quite a few contractors over the years and Vincent and his team are rank among the top few. I would highly recommend their services.

Jeff and crew did a great job! The price was right, the process was very collaborative and the work is great. We very much appreciated working with them.

Jefco painted our vintage kitchen, including all of the millwork (paneled doors, windows, wainscot, everything) and they did a great job. Their painter, Rick, was friendly and professional, and Jack (the owner/manager) was prompt, courteous, and accurate in his estimates. Jack also followed up with a phone call after the job was complete to make sure we were happy. Both Jack and Rick went the extra mile to match our trim and ceiling paint to a cabinet door swatch, spending a lot more time on the colormatch than I imagine anyone else would have. The end result was nothing short of a perfect match. Overall Jefco did an excellent job; we can't think of a single criticism. We will be using them again very soon.

Jefco did a decent job on the sheetrock repair and re-texturing.

I highly recommend Jeff. Our living room and dining room walls & ceiling were a web of cracks. He fixed the cracks and did an excellent job matching the texture of the repair work to blend in with the walls. If you are having plaster work done, ask for Jeff!

We were very pleased with their team of hard working painters. Jack (the owner) stopped by randomly throughout the week to check on their work and even found things I missed for them to re-do or touch up! I would definitely use them again.

Each and every employee showed a high level of customer service. I felt that they painted the exterior as though it was there home.

Jefco is an outstanding company...with employees who really care and do a fabulous job, consistantly!! I've had them paint the outside of my three-story home and remodel my first floor, they did a wonderful job, what a transformation !!

These guys did an excellent job, very professional. I would not hesitate to use them again.
