Locksmith Service
Jeff is a very nice man. However, he installed a total of 4 locks in my house/garage. Within 1 and 1/2 years, 3 of the locks have broken and need to be replaced. While this could be a hardware defect as opposed to defective workmanship, it seems unlikely that 3 of the 4 locks would have been defective. Very disappointed.

"1 day before my standard 1 year warranty was to expire I replaced the hardware with new and more expensive lock sets due to factory defect with original hardware at MY expense, all at no cost to the client. I guess he forgot to mention that in his review."

he came on time (on the labor day holiday). he was able to change our locks for the estimated price. i was disappointed that it took about 45 minutes longer than expected (one hour), however jeff did explain that the locks were old which increased the required time. i would hire jeff again!
