This survey is premature for the state of my project, which is in progress. So far, Jeppson showed up within an hour of my call and removed the broken glass from the china cabinet. His quote was several hundred dollars cheaper than another company outside of ServiceMagic. I will rerate Quality and Value items once the job is done.
