Jodie's work is very good. It was a right decision I made.

I am very pleased with her cleaning service. Everything is always cleaned to the standards I hoped for.

On the next day after the house was cleaned, I found a lot of dust on several surfaces (window sills, both mantles above the fireplaces, and all closets). Also, the bathrooms were still dirty. The toilets were still filthy and the master bathroom shower had hair in it and the floor.

I used Jodie�s Cleaning Services and was quite pleased. She is a hard worker.

We had an appt for 1:00. She did not show up until 4:30. She did communicate that she would be late which was good, but 3 hours is a little bit long. She stayed until the job was done, but it did cut into evening plans. The cleaning was good.

The reason I first chose Jodie to speak with jodie, is because she emailed me during the work day, rather than calling, which made it easier for me to contact her as I do not check my private phone while at work. She was very flexible on when she could come out to do an appraisal, and gave me a very honest price with no hidden fees. Her work was meticulous! It was much better than I had expected. I appreciate Servicemagic referring her, however, won't be requesting referrals in the future for cleaning because I will be sticking with Jodie's Cleaning services as long as she is in business. I would recommend her to anyone in the area.

Jodie did a great job! She was courteous and thorough. She was quiet while cleaning the house - completing one room at a time. She arrived on time and worked until the job was fully completed (past her estimated end time). She went above and beyond her competitor's general cleaning list. Her price was much better than her competitor's quote for the same service. She kept her original price quote even when the service took extra time. Her cleaning products had a different smell than the products that I am used to using. I felt safe and comfortable with her in the house. We will definitely use her services again!

So far, I have used Jodie's service only once, but she came when she said she was, called after to make sure everything was acceptable and did a complete job at my home.

She did a very good job cleaning. I was impressed with her cleaning, she did do our windows and did do the whole apartment. She needs to learn, how to schedule her time better. She was coming, the day before at 1, I think, she called about 4 and said, she was in a car accident. She did reshedule for Thurs at 2, she was late, she arrived at 4 and finished at 7:30. I did talk to her many times, the first day, she said, she was cleaning someone else's house and she wasn't done. We have scheduled another date in July for cleaning, in the morning. I would hate to see her marked down because of it because, she is very good.

My roomates and I were very pleased with Jodie's cleaning services. The appliances look and work like they are bran new as well as the floors look amazing!
