Great job! Fast professional service. The spot cleaner they gave me has gotten out pretty much everything my 14 month old son and 4 year old english bulldog have thrown at it! Will be calling them again!

I had my couch and loveseat cleaned, they were prompt and efficient. The service person was very friendly. I unexpectedly had a day off of work I called them and they were able to do the project for me that day.

Pickup and Delivery was percise and totally at the convenience of my schedule. Driver was polite and experienced with the cleaning process. I am very pleased with the cleaning results; my rugs are clean, soft and beautiful. Three of the seven area rugs that I had cleaned are wool; naturally, I was concerned about what might happen when the wool rugs were cleaned. Needless to say, I had nothing to worry about, they came back in like new condition; I am very happy with the results. I have already recommended John M. Downey Carpete Cleaning Company to friends of mine. I will definitely use this carpet cleaning company in the future.

Their double cleaning process seems to work better than most competitor systems. The carpets came up clean and most stains were removed. They did a very good job cleaning a dirty, worn carpeted stairway, much better than I expected. The crew were friendly and knowledgable.

The service was wonderful � he did a great job. There was a big mix-up with the info I received from the lady who took my order (found out later she was with the answering service) and what the actual cost/arrival and dry times were. Even with the additional cost, I would recommend them to anyone.

The did a good job, but there were several stains that they were unable to clean.

This is the first time I have used this company ... in the past I have used Stanley Steemer and Technicare. My dog had been very sick, and there were a lot of pet stains .. old and new. These folks did a better job of getting the stains and odors out that either of the previous companies I had used.

They did quite well. I am plating to hire them next year.

Carpet looked great!

I took in four area rugs - three hand knotted orientals and one hand hooked wool rug. All needed to be handled carefully - and both cleaned and deodorized. The rugs were delivered from the plant on the day I requested with the company calling about 20 minutes prior to delivery. The rugs look quite clean and the cost was quite reasonable compared to what I had spent in the past. I will definitely use their services in the future! A big thanks goes out to the John M. Downey Carpet Cleaning Company for the personal attention given my treasured carpets.

Very good job and very professional!

The young arrived at Noon and started right in and did a wonderful job. We had never had our carpet professionally clean previous so it was quite a job. Home cleaning doesn't do quite as good as job, so it was wonderful to see how nice it turned out. The young man was very nice and had everything done in no time at all. I appreciate your recommending this company, I will tell my friends about them and surely call them again, when needed.

The Technician was very professional and polite. The couch and loveseat appear to be very clean although he was unable to remove several stains. I was surprised to see that the cleaning unit was portable and required water from my sink.
