They were very professional, courteous, followed through, handled all details, and got through all of challenges of the project without ever contacting me. I hear that they had to literally go into the condo complex and ask people if they owned the cars that were parked in the spaces that were supposed to be reserved for the crane that Nugent and Sons needed to put the unit on my roof. The whole transaction was so easy and professional. I recommend them to anyone. They were right in the middle of estimates that I got and were right in line with expectations.
