Worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. Quoted me 2 days, 3 max and 9 days later they were done. I had to take extra days off work and lose even more money to accommodate. Then they offer a paltry half a percent discount!

"Our contract with this customer involved installing 936sf of vinyl tile. For floor prep we had to take up 936sf of carpet tile; extensive floor patch was laid which requires time to dry.During the install customer requested that we remove some ceramic tile that we had been previously been requested to work around.Ceramic tile was removed in addition to the underlayment that was under it. Customer's home is 58 miles one way from Kerrville.We installed 1/4rnd, moved appliances, pulled and reset toilet.The installer that was sent out to the job has in excess of 36 years of installation experience and has been with our company for 17 years."
