Our's was a difficult job as the construction was completed before permits were issued. Mr. Zane had to follow the existing work and make corrections and changes where the work was not up to the code. He did a fabulous job and the City issued the permits.

If I could I would give him 10 stars, he understands not only architecture but the legal codes to make sure the work can be done. He understands the entire political process, there is nothing he doesn't understand about his work. I won't use anyone else ever.
