All I can say is it was not a good experience, to have to call him during the course of the whole day and be promised someone would come at some point, is in my opinion not very professional. I was told they could come out that very day, someone came that night, found out the problem but did not repair. The next morning the repair was done. I understand that there were a lot of a/c breakdowns, but do not tell me you can do something when in reality you cannot. I will not use them again...

The tech answered all the question I had and explained everything for me. They were great, good job. Very professional.

Outstanding service!!!!!!!! Checked everything over and even got old a/c unit to work after Fox Heating & Air mis-diagnosed the problem and said my compressor was locked up, understanding of my situation and even worked up a very reasonable a/c update estimate for me if I chose to upgrade. Highly recommended for any heating and air work, will definately use them again if the need ever arises again. Good job!!!!!
