We've hired Fred and Matterhorn for various projects for over 20 years and have always been extremely happy with both the product and the process. Fred is an excellent listener with an absurdly deep portfolio of skills and experience so he always has a clever, affordable, and elegant solution to any construction or remodeling challenge. He is quick, conscientious, thoughtful, affordable, dependable, and of the absolute highest integrity out there. He was able to completely transform our kitchen/dining area into a single room that has sustained our family and did so with minimal disruption and discomfort. I cannot recommend Fred/Mattern highly enough...there aren't enough stars...

My wife and I have completely remodeled one townhouse and two homes using Matterhorn Construction and we could not be happier with the results. On all three projects we completly gutted the homes and added new bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, decks, etc. Fred and his team helped with everything from design to organizing all trades, including plumbing, electrical, interior design, roofing and concrete. Matterhorn Construction can handle any project you might have and they excel at interior/exterior remodel. They are also incredibly reasonable with their pricing and their customer service is second to none.

He is absolutely excellent they do great work. Is always on time has great ideas to make the final project better. Beyond excellent quality of work, very meticulous and keeps work are clean, and efficient. He is a super nice guy. Wouldn't use anyone else but him!

Very helpful, very prompt and showed up on time. They did an addition for me, they also did some construction from scratch. I've dealt with him 30-40yrs, he is my first choice every time.
