II would definitely recommend Joy's to use as a tree service. Jennie is extremely responsive. I was able to call, schedule, and have the job done within 10 days at a good rate. I still haven't gotten calls back from other services in which I requested a quote.

Responded next day to site, received estimate that night and job scheduled within week. Did an extremely professional job and did a great clean-up. Several neighbors observed the very large job (use of crane) and were extremely impressed.

Wonderful, Prompt, Priced Right, I'm out of adjectives. I asked 6 companies to get back to me. Jenny called me within 5 minutes....The other companies waited 3-4 days!! I gave her precisely what I needed done. I got a quote by that evening and they were done by 9am the next morning! Fantastic! I had some brush from the trees I felled and they came back the next morning and chipped those too! If I had more trees in my yard I'd call you again! Thanks so much! It's so nice to FINALLY find a company that takes pride in their work!

The same day I submitted my request, Jenny from Joy's Stump Grinding and Tree Service called me. She was very pleasant and up front. She immediately arrange for someone to come to my home to give me an estimate. The next evening I had an email estimate just as promised. I was sold from that point because they kept there word. I was able to call and speak with a live person when ever I called instead of an answering machine. They were very prompt and took care of the tree in my yard in less than 10 min. We also plan to use them for our new home.

Jenny was very quick to call me after I placed the ServiceMagic order. Bryan came out to gather information for an estimate the next week, and I received an email estimate from Jenny that evening. The pricing was great, and Bryan was great at giving me advice on how to go about thinning out the canopy in my yard.
