quick and friendly service

Had a intermittant problem with my furnace- Jason came out the same day that I called and worked around my schedule. He called with a price to repair but recommended waiting until the problem is worse. I will definitely call them for all my heating and cooling needs. STRONLGY RECOMMENDED!!

Service was on time and felt like I got good results for the money. Only negative comment would be that the service man was a bit messy on the inside of house and broke a knob on one a/c unit in the house without replacing it.

The man that showed up was very knowledgable and his PR was fantastic. Great guy. He went above and beyond.

Jason was punctual, professional, and completely competent at his job. He took the time to explain everything and did not charge excess service fees on top of the parts and labor. He took on an extra job of moving my AC unit to another base a few feet away and combined it with the repair, which saved me some labor cost for that job. Overall, highly satisfied and would recommend/use again.

Shannon was very quick to communicate and followed through on all contacts and messages. The technician was prompt and quickly diagnosed the problem that another repair company had missed on two separate visits. Our central AC unit is working more efficiently than it has in years and the repair cost was very reasonable. Although I had to wait a day for them to come out, they did a nice job and charged a reasonable price for the work they had to do. I am now cool and comfy!

Within just a few minutes, we had our house cooling back down to where it should be!

I wasn't actually here when he arrived, but my husband was. He was very pleased at Jason's friendly, fast, and efficient attitude, as well as with the fast and accurate work done on A/C unit. He had it running again, and might I say better than ever in no time at all. He came after regular hours and I'm sure a very long day. If you need your A/C fixed...call Jason!

I was completely satisfied with the quick response to my maintenance request. An appointment was scheduled over the phone immediately after placing my inquiry through Service Magic. Jason and his associate arrived within the time estimated and performed their maintenance in 30 minutes. I had researched possible reasons my AC unit was malfunctioning on the Internet, prior to their service call. After explaining the problem to Jason, he immediately stated that it sounded like a bad capacitor, which was the same conclusion I had come to after my research. They performed routine cleaning maintenance and added additional freon. A+ service.

Wow! It's not often you receive service like this! My entire experience with JS Air Co was great! From the initial person who took my call to the contractor (Jason) who is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, JS Air lived up to the other great reviews I read on this site. JS Air arrived on time for our appointment, and I was especially impressed when I was not charged for the service call when they could not duplicate the intermitant issue I had been having with my furnace. My servie tech also gave me some great DIY advice. If I ever have any more furnace issues I'll be calling JS Air.

I am using JS Air for my heating and cooling needs. Jason is very professional, honest, friendly and communicates very well. He explained what was wrong with the ac uinit, what needed to be done, how much it would cost and was prompt in getting our ac up and running in 100 degree weather. We were very happy with the service.

Jason did a great job repairing the old a/c unit. I should be able to limp it through another year or two before it will need to be replaced. He showed up when he said he would and completed the job the next day.

Tech was friendly and personable. Answered all my questions cheerfully without over-doing it. I felt like his suggestions for current and future maintaining and servicing of our unit was very reasonable. Our unit is working noticeably more efficient now. Thanks for a job well done.
