Johnson and company installed a new slide in range for me (and removed the old one) in a very tight spot. It was necessary to re-use the existing power cable because it was wired into the wall. All in all a difficult job that was accomplished quickly and with good humor!

Job was accomplished at a reasonable rate although delayed a day longer than expected. Technician was almost too thorough and my son had to encourage him to just put motor in and not worry about the circuit board which was not damaged.

They came as scheduled and found I needed a water pump and would come back the next day. They didn't arrive at the scheduled time I thought they wouldn't show. The arrived very late and apologized being delayed at a earlier job. The fact that they came so late showed me they wanted to complete what they promised. My washing machine now works well. I will use them again.

Consultation with company supervisor resulted in proper diagnosis of the problem with the appliance. Unit was tested and worked properly, so it was reassembled and returned to use. Later in the day, it was noticed that the original problem was starting to recur, however when the control panel was removed a loose connection was found and re-connected by the owner, restoring full functionality of the appliance again without requiring and additional service call.

He fixed my home. Washing machine and dishwasher repaired.
