He responded IMMEDIATELY to my post (within five minutes!) by a phone call, and a half hour later, a trip to my house to check out the project and estimate timing and costs. He stayed in touch by phone about his prospective start date. On that date, he appeared exactly on time, and finished ahead of schedule and under budget. He attended to every detail of the project, and creatively solved minor challenges that arose. He was courteous, respectful, and very professional. I have never been MORE PLEASED. I have already hired him for another, bigger job.
