While they were on time, courteous and fixed my clogs (not cheaply either), they also created a new problem by not reassembling my drain properly thus rendering the tub feature unusable. I ended up calling a friend to fix the new problem rather than risk having more problems/charges occur.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement

They were prompt and completed the job the day they came to assess the problem. I was quoted a price for a new hot water heater and expansion tank. The tech installed a new heater but not a new expansion tank. When I told him the quote was for both, he simply went to buy a new expansion tank and installed it. Personable and polite, the job went very well.
