Very good customer service, they were early, polite and did a great job. Prices are a little high and they do not collect hazardous materials which was a bit inconvenient for me since I had quite a bit.

Outstanding company. Very friendly, prompt with call-back. Provided great service. They had the opportunity to go above and beyond the call of duty for me when my indoor cat stowed away in the sofa they picked up! They found him in the back of the truck a couple of hours later and transferred 12 pounds of scratching, freaked-out kitty to the safety of the truck cab then brought him right home.I doubt that they're going to add "inadvertent cat relocation" to their list of offered services, but they truly did a fine job. I also appreciated the follow-up call. I would definitely recommend this company. Out of five stars they deserve six!

The office personel were friendly and helpful, the appointment was easy to make and was kept. The work was done quickly and the area was left clean. It's a little pricey, but this is a professional crew.

The 2 male employees at Juk Busters were on time, courteous , honest and professional. He quoted a price; however, when they finished loading, the truck was not as full as anticipated, so he charged a lower rate. I will definitely use them in the future, as well as telling my friends about their great service.

JunkBusters took care of hauling my trash at the last minute. 1800GotJunk was originally scheduled and they could not make the appointment, so I called JunkBusters and they worked very hard and very professionally to coordinate the pick-up and services. This was a great experience, and I will definitely use JunkBusters again if the need arises!

Totally great! The reception Melissa was so helpful and actually cared about my specific situation. I travel extensively for my job and am not home most of the time. My house is was going up for sale in a couple weeks so I needed all my junk hauled out ASAP. She got on the horn and managed to get somebody within 3 days for me despite the fact that I was not home. I left my garage code with them and they did everything perfectly. They called to let me know when they were going to be there and called when they arrived. They remembered to close the garage door when they left and when I came home it was junk free! Such nice people!!!!!!!!

Three guys showed up in uniform with a commercial Junk Busters truck and made quick work out of hauling away some old windows I had and then tossed in a couple other things I was going to put in trash too.
