The man from the Just Water Heaters came in time as promised, gave a quote and gave me a discount of $75 if I get it done right away. Price was comparable to Home Depot, but better tank. Finished the work in less than two hours. Did a good clean job. I would recommend them.

They stated that they would be there within one hour (free inspection) and showed up in 90 minutes which was a little annoying. The person was friendly and explained the possible issue and solutions. However he said the charge was $199 for the problem. Had I not started calling around in front of him he would not have lowered the price to $75. Overall they did a good job but you need to be prepared to haggle.

It turned out to be a very involved replacement process that took about 6 hours. I had to pay regular and close attention to the quality of the work, e.g. repairing damage to sheet rock made by having to install drainage pipes (which otherwise would have been neglected).

Great. He came to replace our tankless AquaStar 240 with the one sent by BOSCH. But apparently the one BOSCH sent was not designed to go with our plumbing and venting system. But luckly the plumber had a exact match with ours but different model in his truck. We exchange it with the one BOSCH sent and payed the difference (as the plumber mentioned that the one he had was $150 more than ours). Overall experience was good. Had hot water in 2 hours after 19 days with no water in the cold weather :)
