Unlike most companies, K.C. Masonry, LLC, will not tell you an unrealistic date just to get you to sign with our company. Depending on when the contract is signed, the wait could be anywhere from a week to as much as ten weeks. Please note that K.C. Masonry, LLC, will never do a job that was signed after yours. K.C. Masonry, LLC, will start all projects in the order that contracts are signed. "Why is it going to take so long to start your job?" Please understand that K.C. Masonry, LLC, can do any size job - big or small. We work for builders and homeowners. Certain jobs require special order material, also, because the nature of the material that we work with, we cannot work in the rain. Depending on the number of rain days we have, this could delay the start date. "Do you work out of your house or office?" From the largest commercial job to the smallest repair job, if its masonry then we do it! Some of the services that we offer are: brick, block, stone, culture stone, fire places, chimneys, porches, foundations, additions, and regular flat work. We also specialize in all types of regular flat work and decorative concrete including: stamped, stenciled, and acid staining. We can provide our customers with decorative stamped patios, walkways, porches, and driveways. No job is too small. "Do you use your own employees or do you subcontract?" K.C. Masonry, LLC, ONLY uses employees that work for our company. We do NOT use subcontractors. That way we save on costs, and K.C. Masonry, LLC, is directly responsible for the job.
