There craftsman ship is just horrible Don't think they know what they are doing walls where not plumb bunch of hacks

Kevin arrived right on time and ready to do the work I requested. His work was well planned and efficient, as well as his explanation of what he was doing and the condition of my system. K & K Mechanical well deserves the highest rating with Service Magic.

I live in GRAND Rapids, MN I called Service Magic from the internet it only took a short and K&K called. I explained that my son's furnace had broken down in Princeton. Well to make a long story short, they took care of the problem and had found another problem with the propane coming into the house, to me could have serious problem. I would highly recommend them. We dealth with Kevin who was fantastic. He was really prompt coming to give us an estimate. He told us that we could repair the unit and how much that would cost, rather than just pushing us to get a new AC. When we decided to do the new AC he was able to schedule it promptly and came out and did a great job. We would highly recommend them and would use them again for any needs.

Fast, freindly service

Other contractors told me I needed a new furnace, that mine was too old too bother with- the parts were going to be too expensive. Keith cleaned it and it works fine. Zero parts required, no new furnace required, just a really good cleaning, including the A coil. I expect my air conditionng to function much better next summer too.

Thes guys, Keith & Kevin were very easy to work with, no pressure or hard sales talk like some of the other companies we meet with.

They went the extra mile for us, they did research and were honest and saved us money. I highly recommend K & K!, it was the best experience we've had with a contractor that we didn't know personally beforehand. We will use this company again.

Got a bid, did not use for project. Prompt and professional, he contacted us to see if we had made a choice yet although we did select another contractor.

They did a good job, very fast quote, didn't have wait a week to get it. They came in and did quick work, and worked well with me on what I wanted.

They responded right away to my request and were able to come for a consultation the next day. To finish the repair they had to fabricate a part and were able to install within a couple of days. I am very please with the service.

Exceptional service and discussion of the problem. He asked specific questions over the phone and suggested what it could be (and that diagnosis was proven correct). He gave me several options on when he could inspect the furnace, and he even offered to come out sooner if I was considering it an emergency but it was not. He gave full explanation of what he was looking for and what he did. He also is very concientous and only suggests doing what is necessary. I would highly recommend them and will call them again myself!
