My experience with Kaleidoscope was very positive, from Michael�s initial and professional assessment of the work needed on my home down to the finished product. I found not only Michael to be professional, courteous and respectful but his employees as well. I can honestly say that my home looks brand new (and it is over 40 years old.) Alberto did a fantastic job on regrouting the brick steps to my home, got my ugly cabinets looking new, as well as the exterior paint job. Good work guys! I will definitely use you again.

I cannot say enough about their professionalism and their methodology for getting things done. They have a great concept that is simple and promotes customer focus.

Mike is an intelligent and professional representative of Kaleidoscope and is very detailed oriented. The work Kaleidoscope did was excellent, the crew was cooperative and the communication was good between the home office and us as customers. I would suggest that the crew bring a supply of water or soda with them, as I did supply them with cold sodas throughout the hot day to keep them hydrated.

They did a great job, and worked with us till we were completely happy. Communication was great too. Their price was very competitive as well.

They worked with me on my budget and requirement. They did a good job. Took a little longer than was originally planned. If I have another need in the future, I will be sure to call them.

The carpenter trampled and killed my plants and damaged my landscape lighting. He was not willilng to take caution, in spite of my concerns. I had to insist with the owner to remove the shutters to paint the house. He wanted to charge extra for that, I refused. Overall this was the worse expiernce I have ever had with a contractor. I will never use this company for anything. I would caution anyone that may want to use them.

Initial sales call/estimate went very well. Painters were prompt and very friendly. Job looks very good, although cleanup around yard could have been better. Will use again.

Everyone at Kaleidoscope was very professional. Michael took a lot of time assessing exactly what would be needed to complete the job and explained everything, including his suggestions, in a very concise way. The painters were great and during the walk-around were good at touching up areas that I pointed out. I was very pleased and would use them again.

. Difficulting communicating with crew, not understanding . Paint was thin in many spots . Many spots needed follow up spot priming, spot painting, caulking and respraying . Carpentry work was mediocer and a major spot left unsealed at first and final sealing process was unproffesional.

Very good painters. On time and stuck to budget. I would use them again on my next paint job.
