He was very knowledgeable and courteous. My appointment was between 5:30 -7:00 pm and he arrived at 5:35pm, I appreciated his prompt arrival most of all. Eventhough the problem was not what he originally thought, he was able to diagnose the problem and repair it in a short amount of time. I could not be happier with the service. Thanks!

They called immediately when I put in the request. They came within a couple of days. They were on time, courteous, knowledgeable and fixed the dryer and also told us how to prevent it from happening again. I would highly reccommend Brian at K & B Appliance Service.
