David showed up on time. He re-keyed all the locks and was very nice and courteous. The price was exactly as I was quoted. GREAT job. I'll recommend them to anyone that needs a locksmith. The price was very reasonable.

Positives: Technician was knowledgeable and gave me pointer on how to avoid expensive cost in the future. Cost of service was competitive with others doing the same project. Negatives: Three locks but only recieved two keys. Needed more keys but technician did not have more keys Scheduled service was for 13:00-14:00 but technician did not arrive until after 17:30. To his credit, he did call several times to keep me up to date on his arrival time.

Service was timely however the person was unable to take apart my door lock - if I had been able to do this I won't have needed his services. Basically he was no better than me in that regard so all he ended up doing was spaying some WD40 into the door lock which solved the problem. Very expensive for something anyone could have done on their own. I would have been more impressed if they had suggested that before coming out and charging me $76 for something as trivial as this was.

Response was great .... completed work quickly. However, they were not straight forward with me on the costs. A service call was $ 48.50 ... ok with me .... but after the repair, which took about an hour, I was charged for parts (fair price) and additional labor. Apparently the service call charge did not cover anything except driving to my home in Coppell. I was a bit disappointed in this but otherwise satisfied with the work.

Kellan's met all of my expectations. Quick response from service magic match. Fixed price quote for service call and deadbolt install. Professional, polite technician. Quality work when done. And price was slightly less than the phone quote. I highly recommend.

I received a call immediately when I submitted the online request. They scheduled me for first thing the next day, came on time, and did the job right. David was pleasant and even suggested recycling the old keys, which I wouldn't have thought of. Great experience.
