I ended up having to dust downstairs, the mantle, the blinds and some shelves. Also, one of the team left early before the job was done and had the vacuum attachments, so my stairs didn't get vacumed and I had to do it myself.

Portions of the house were not cleaned at all. Furniture had not been dusted with polish. Carpet was not vaccumed. Cleaning materials were left behind in the rooms. Very disappointing.
