John from Kendrick came within hours and recommended what needed to be done. He was candid in stating that my issue was not plumbing related but related to the sprinkler system and that I should get a sprinkler system specialist.

They were very professional and prompt with service response. I ended up only needing the pilot lit and was a little dissappointed that I had to pay the entire service charge. They also did not explain that when I called.
