The morning after we completed the form on Service Magic.com, Ken was ringing the doorbell to walk the yard. He came back that Saturday and we went over the details of our yard and Ken even made some great suggestions. We have signed a contract with him and look forward to a long professional relationship.

Ken did a great job and for a very good price. My house is pretty small so it wasn't a big payday, but he still came and did it when others didn't want to waste their time with such a small job.

While Ken was very courteous, he overcharged us for his services and he did not live up to our expectations or what he said he would do. He sent us three pictures of the job after it was completed but only of certain parts of the home. He sent us a bill and we did not here anything else from him. He did not continue mowing the lawn as understood between us. He charged us an outrageous fee of $300 just to mow the lawn and $140 to put mulch down which only cost $20. I would not recommend this person/business to anyone. I warn all Stay away!
