Boiler or Radiator Heating System Service
I had a hard time getting someone to follow-up on a mistake that was made by Keyspan when my boiler was installed. They wired the boiler incorrectly and therefore I did not have heat in my basement apartment. While removing my old boiler the foundation beneath it cracked. Keyspan just installed it around the cracks. I'm now having a difficult time finding someone who can lay concrete around the boiler. Every contractor I've interview wants to charge me over $3,000 to correct this. I did not see the foundation until after the boiler was installed. Keyspan should have told me that the foundation was breaking and suggest that I get someone to correct it or they them selves should have corrected it.

I was informed of a special that was being offered and was able to obtain a free boiler, instead of being charged for one.
