Bid was %200 over the original estimate, contractor did not accept constructive feedback and blamed homeowners when work was not completed and did not take responsibilities for his failure to investigate before submitting the bid. I was left with an unfinished project, debris in my yard for over a month including cigarette butts, garbage. Contractor was supposed to correct dry lot and mislead us into thinking it was completed. He never kept an accounting of the labor, hours or service on the project, and came up with all these
