Fast and professional

The technician was great, but the price was a total rip off!!! I was originally quoted $34.95 for the service call + $9 for fuel + parts & labor...once the technician was here....all of a sudden there was a $186 flat rate...and the manager on the phone, or whatever he was, couldn't even explain how they came up with the "flat rate". After the $6 part and 10 minutes were put in and I got a "$15 discount"...my final bill was $194....what a joke....I will NEVER use or recommend this place again!!!

Mark & Joe were professional, listened closely, found the actual problem - a leak in a copper line - and proposed 2 solutions; Quickly and flexibly found local parts and fixed the problem in a way that prevented further leaks. They provided excellent service.

I waited 4 weeks for the authorized Samsung repair service to follow up with my repair, and finally after 4 weeks of inadequate service, I looked online for a 5 star rated company and called King Appliance. They were out in 2 days, ordered parts and back as soon as the parts arrived. The tech was knowledgeable, on time, polite, and I would highly recommend this company with no hesitation. Good job!

Kept in contact as replacement parts were recalled and redesigned. Very prompt and courteous.

Very prompt callback with same day appointment. Joe was very friendly as was his wife who works in the office- I love mom and pop kind of places. On the return trip to replace the actual broken peice he found another problem. Joe had to drive across town to get another part and didn't charge me extra for the part or gas/drive time. Although the repair was costly, I feel he was fair. Will use again!

Knowledgable and friendly staff who completed the job as asked and provide good information. Only down side is I feel I over paid but I needed to get my fridge working again so what was I too do.

Unfortunately, the service technician had to come back to my home 3 times in order to clean out the dryer duct. He was very nice, but all I can say is: do it right the first time!

Tech came over knew what the problem was right away. Tech was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The rate to fix the problem was a little to high. The company needs to reevaluate the pricing. But overall good work.

The technician was prompt and on time. With a window between 10am to 12pm, he arrived just after 10am. He was courteous and knoledgeable. I would recommend you find out how much the minimum service fee is. After finding nothing wrong with my washer and expecting to only pay a service call fee of 34.99, he charged me 120.00 for what the company called a minimum service fee. I guess he did open it up and inspect it. I would just recommend you find out the minimum service fee and what that actually is or includes.

After the service was performed and I was dissatisfied I tried to get them to come back out and never called back.

The tech arrived and completed the job in a timely fashion, and provided me with information that could help me in the future. I would recommend this pro.

Great customer service from the office to in the field. Honest and fair. Responded quickly to my calls, called ahead for appointments, great follow-up.

Very fast to respond and came the same day I called and price was competitive. A little concerned about the additional and costly repairs recommended, so got additional estimates. Repairs needed were legit, but didn't need to be done immediately.

Pricey!

Joe was great! He arrived quickly and fixed the problem quickly. Couldn't ask for more.
