Did not provide all work in agreement - such as ridge vents. Did not finish part of roof overhang - ice edge and flashing missing. Contractors did not sweep for nails before leaving. Picked up a large coffee can full of roofing nails and razor blades, and I have 2 dogs and a 2 year old running around my backyard. Have called company three times to get this resolved and issue still remains open.

The job was done so fast with very good quality, that the whole household all agreed that we would call King Cobra for all the repairs that still is needed to the house!

Work was a little sloppy; they didn't do a good job of cleaning up. They didn't always do a good job of communicating when something was going to get done( as opposed to when they said they were going to do it).

They stated it would be done some time this week. They have not done anything as of yet.

Mike was very professional and courteous, as was Matt Rice. They completed the job a day early and cleaned up the site very well. Would definitely use them again.

THE ONLY ISSUES I HAD WAS THE TIMING OF THE MATERIALS, THE GARAGE WAS WAITING ON THE NEW GARAGE DOORS FOR ABOUT 2 WEEKS, AND THE DAMAGED TO NEIGHBORS SHRUBS AND MY FRONT PORCH. I HAD TO REPAIR THE DAMAGE TO THESE ITEMS, AND THE ONLY CONPENSATION I GOT WAS TO KNOCK OFF $100.00, AND I MADE THE REPAIRS. THIS DAMAGE WAS THE RESULTS OF THE DUMPSTER BEING TO LARGE FOR THE DRIVEWAY.BUT THE OVERALL RESULTS WERE GREAT, THE CREW WAS EXCELLENT AND PROFESSONAL IN THEIR WORK.

Great low pressure sales and excellent workmen.

A very small job, but there was a mix up on communicating exactly what needed to be done. One person out of town, an emergency job pops up here, weather goes bad and finally the backup guy is on the job a day later than planned. Not the ideal scenario, but the job was done and the installer was very pleasant. However, I was surprised by the bad communication between salesmen. Regardless, they stepped up and took care of the problem very quickly and apologized for the error. Was happy that they could move as quickly as they did...within 48 hours.

King Cobra sent Michigan Frame to Finish to do the job and I was very satisfied with John's work.

The job was completed within 24 hours of signing the contract. The timeliness of the estimator and the crew was outstanding.

The new roof was promised to be complete within three working days. It took four. The workmanship on the last day was very poor, and after consulting with the salesman, that portion was redone completely two weeks later. The construction was good in general, but the attention to detail and small items should have been better.

It was an insurance claim and they were right there when I needed them to repair my roof. We had sixty mile an hour winds the week after and no problems.

The first crew did not remove debris. Instead left it on the ground in back yard. The installers of the second drew left pins on the driveway where they could punture tires.

The color of the gutters was a perfect match to the paint on my existing trim and gutters. During the first rain I checked the downspouts and everything looks fine. My only problem w. communication was that I was supposed to get a call on Monday to say if the workers were coming on Tuesday or Wednesday, but never got it. I didn't need to be home so it didn't really matter. It is a good job at a good price.

I have asked for a copy of te receipt with the lifetime warranty and have yet to receive it. I also have 2 other potential customers but will not refer until I reeived the guarante that was promised to me!

King Cobra responded and followed up too! They hit the most important step!

They were very effiecent and completed the job in 2 days.
