Came over on a Saturday. He was pleasant. After unsuccessfully trying to clean the soot build-up out of the motor, he realized that I would need to get it replaced. Honest evaluation and fix. However, he was not totally prepared. He was missing one wrench size which he normally has, which lengthened the labor time. He did a work-around to get the ducting off because of the missing tool. Returned on Monday with the new motor. The motor was less expensive than I thought. But, labor for this work, in my opinion, is always over-priced....my prejudice, I guess.

Kings Heating contacted me and actually walked me through the problem over the phone. With his direction I was able to fix it myself. Very good customer service!

The service was fine, but they went ahead and did the work without providing me with a estimate beforehand.

For instance, while he was working on my A/C unit, I was discussing another home project with a construction company. He was very professional, did not interrupt my conversation, instead waited briefly to discuss results of his service. First asking if I was available to discuss. I'd highly recommend this company to others! Thank you.

My mom's heat pump became disfunctional when the NW Heat Wave hit. Marie was fabulous in helping get her scheduled quickly. The service folks worked efficiently to solve the problem quickly and at a reasonable cost. Mom is sitting at a happy 70 degrees! Thanks everyone who helped us out!

David showed up within only hours after I called and had our A/C fixed THAT DAY! It was wonderful! He was very helpful and very good at his job. He even took the time to explain the system to me so I could take better care of our A/C and not let it break again. THIS IS A GREAT COMPANY!!
