One Time Interior House Cleaning
I have never used a cleaning service before, but I wish I had done so earlier. The three ladies you arrived on the first day were great, very thorough and didn't waste any time getting started. Starting wih my oversized den, the walls, curtains,furniture, books, ceiling fan & globe, and anything else, was completely dusted, vaccumed and wiped off. in the end, my den looked like the room I remembered. A sincere thank you just doesn't seem enough. Give them a call, but sorry you can't have "my ladies", unless it is some other day than Thursday. Ladies, see you next week. Cyndi Hood Nashville, TN

Klutter Kleaners personnel were very personable and easy to work with. They were able to be flexible in scheduling our initial cleaning and work around our timeframe. Very thorough in their cleaning; however, the only negative was that they did not bring their own supplies and equipment such as vacuum cleaner, cleaning solutions, etc.

The only problem I found was that I was told it would take three hours, and it took seven hours. I went in seeing one price and then having to pay two times as much.

"This mistake was mine, when I gave her a price it was over the phone and I was told it was not bad. When we got to the house it was one of the dirtiest houses we have ever been in, I told her we would be going over the time we agreed on and she said to go ahead and finish. They were putting the house on the market. I am sorry that now she feels bad about wanting us to continue."

My experience was good as far as the cleaning but they dont have a definate pricing system. One day Sally would give me a rate and the next day her son would give a higher rate. Talk to sally if you want the accurate pricing. I stopped using them due to this ordeal at least 3 times.

"How unfortunate that she tried to catch us in changing the price, why did she ask everyone working how much we charged? Once was sufficient. Price depends on what is to be done and she wanted us to do things that were not contracted for and was upset when the price changed? I am sorry for the misunderstanding."
