Lucy and Tom make a great team and both are very knowledgable about what they do. I was having plumbing problems in addition to a bathroom needing to be remodeled and it was very helpful that they handle both plumbing and remodeling so that coordination of these services was seamless. They were sensitive to my design changes and just wanted me to have what I ultimately wanted and was going to be happy with for years to come. I will reuse them again on the next bathroom and highly recommend them to anyone wanting a remodel. Thank you L & M Team -- you're terrific!

Lucy and Tom were easy to work with. They returned my phone call in a timely manner. Had a few problems after exterior door was installed. After calling Lucy, she had her crew come back the next day to fix the problems with the door to our satisfaction

These people did not do the job they said they would do and had to come back to finish the jog. Then they did not finish the job the way they were suppose to. They were very some in responding to come back. I would never hire these people again for anything!!!

I I would recommend their services to anyone. They were great, the tile guys worked hard to complete a very meticulous job on our kitchen backsplash. I could not be happier. Lucy the owner was very personable, and knowledgeable. I am extremely happy, and will be calling them back for more projects.

Lucy was very nice, but Lucy is a plumber and I was looking for a handyman. She responded to my handyman request. She was a bit unsure of how to hang a mirror and left some pencil marks on the wall. My wife was not happy with that. Overall Lucy seemed very nice and maybe she is an excellent plumber, but she is not an excellent handyman yet.

"Mr. P is correct. I am an excellent Master Plumber but due to conflicting schedules my right hand man was servicing another customer so rather than not meet the needs of Mr. P, I stepped in to get the job done. The job was completed and Mr. P got his mirror hanged correctly. But sorry about those pencil marks."
