This project involved repairing several areas where wood was rotting. It involved different types of siding and removing/reinstalling two sets of sliders. Work was done sooner than expected, quality was great and final cost was reasonable. Will work with Ted again next spring on more maintenance.

Ted was friendly and knowledgeable. He suggested alternate solutions for the project. His quoted estimate was very reasonable. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. I wasn't actually home when the work was done in the garage, but I was glad to see the work was done well and there was no mess for me to clean up!

A great job, well done and very reasonable. I have more to do and they will be my contractor in the future. Ted was very pleasant to deal with and communicated very well as the project proceeded. It is a great relief to have a local contractor to work with as I live 200 miles away and can't always be at the work site. I strongly recommend Lakes Region, Ted, and his crew.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing - Install or Replace
We hired Ted's company to replace the T1-11 siding on the back of our home which had rotted. We also had them replace the entire roof as the shingles began to curl up due to a lack of airflow under the roof. Both jobs were performed in an excellent manner, on time, per costs quoted and any additional problems were pointed out to us, with cost quotes provided to us before being fixed. Ted's crew built sofits to increase air flow under the roofing so we wouldn't have the "shingle curling" problem again and also reinstalled our gutters which had been improperly installed 2 years ago. Entire site completely cleaned up. Would highly recommend Ted

Very professional, definitely know what they are doing. The work resulted in a whole new roof. They even repaired some rotted roof decking. The roof looks fantastic!! They cleaned up everything (they stripped the old roof) and we could not be happier.

This was a major repair job. Ted Newman and his crew of Lakes Region Remodeling Co did a fantastic job! At least two carpenters were on the job every day (Mon-Fri) and it took just over a month to complete it. Of course, as with any project, new issues arose but Ted explained them to me and kept me up to date on what the additional costs would be. Although the cost was more than originally thought, I am very happy with the results. I would strongly recommend this professional group for any repair or remodeling job.

Ted did a great job. He was easy to communicate with via telephone and e-mail. His team added glass, screen and azec trim to my farmers porch on lake winni. His price was fair, his quality and workmanship was superior, and the project was completed on time.

The experience has been excellent, they pay attention to detail and how the outcome will look as compared to the rest of the house shape/style. They also suggest or give you different options that you may want to consider which you may not have been aware of or thought of..They were very reasonable as to costs compared to other contractors in the area..

From site review to finish, Ted and his team did an excellent job - matching an existing metal roof, working with 1940s construction, and on an island, an added twist to the usual job which they handled with a can-do attitude.
