Good commitment to quality and Service.

Mark and his crew were trustworthy, thorough, on time and responded to our needs. He not only painted, but repair roof vents, stained shutters, repaired ceilings, door moldings, and a roof domer. I would highly recommend him.

Mark and company installed 5 vinyl windows (to a back porch) that I had originally purchased. His bid was priced competitively and the work outstanding. He would have finished in one day as promised, but was caught off guard by an unexpected downpour.

Walked us through the process and was very helpful. Mark helped us navigate the many choices out there. I am happy with the results.

Very professional and was done in timely way

I just moved into a home and Mark did a great job of painting and putting in wood laminate flooring in the bedrooms as well as replacing light fixures and locks. It was nice to have one person oversee the whole job and it really looked great! Susan S.

Mark Smith did a very good job. He had a very reasonable price. His estimate made me feel like he really knew what he was doing. And I appreciate him, and I have already given his name to other people.

Mark and his crew are very professional and courteous overall. I was extremely impressed with the work they did and the attention to detail. Mark went above and beyond time and again helping us with items that were not even in the original contract. He even helped my wife with a small issue on her car when I was away. I even allowed them in my home when I was away because they are so trustworthy. I was happy to work with Landmark Contracting and highly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality workmanship at a competitive price.

The business owner was very professional and had very good communication.

Landmark was very responsive and friendly, and provided high quality work at a very reasonable price. They finished the project on the schedule that was quoted. They were very good about protecting the floor and cabinets when plastering and painting the walls in the kitchen. Clean up was very good as well. Would definitely hire them again for future projects and recommend them to my friends and family.

They did a great job and cleaned up nicely when they were done.
