Response to my inquiry was VERY prompt. The technician arrived within the expected timeframe and he quickly was able to identify the problem with our hot water heater. The part was delivered and the repairs made the next morning. We were very happy with their service and would definitely use them again.

Called this outfit when my regular plumber unavailable. Responded quickly, offered a reasonable price and did faucet install and new shutoff valves in professional manner.

Larry French is a plumber and a general contractor. His team of sub-contractors are exceptional. I consider myself a very picky person. In my 64 years I have painted the exterior of three homes and the interior of two of the homes. Martin and his workers painted the whole interior including shelves, cupboards, and drawers. The job was excellent and I told Martin that I couldn�t have done as good if I had done it myself. And, I consider myself a very good painter. Juan and his workers re-built our master bathroom shower. It is a show piece. I would highly recommend Larry French Enterprises for your next remodeling project.

Installed new thermocoupler poorly and overcharged. CRITICALLY failed to answer question about burned area and failed to inspect or notice that burner was failing and but for safety valve would have exploded. Do Not hire!

Excellent response. On time. Replaced broken 30 gal. H2O heater with 50gal unit. Walked me through all options, 30, 40, 50 & tankless plus pros and cons, plus cost factors for each and helped determine most suitable product for use at my rental property. Got job done quickly, removed old unit, and worked with me on pricing. Would certainly be happy to use again.

They responded in a timely fashion & did a good job. My only complaint was that when I asked the serviceman to install 2 faucets, he came with the wrong ones & then charged me for going to find the proper replacements.

We had a massive water leak in our back yard and hired Larry French to find and fix the issue. Did a great job! While digging the trench to excavate our waterline, they did accidentally break through one our pipes. However, the issue was quickly resolved. They charged us a great price and left our back yard looking like nothing had ever happened. Would definitely use them again. They even helped us in finding the forms to file with the city of houston so we could get credit for the extra utility bill amount incurred because of the leak.

worked for 2.50hrs on slow draining tub and leaking drain. i live in and old house that things are never as simple and they seem. plumber cut the sewer line to clean out the line. they were professional, timely, and courteous. when finished they cleaned up and explained everything they did and now i have a tub that drains properly.
