They were quick and helpful but the work was not exactly up to the standards/quality that I would have wanted. If we had time to wait for a different contactor we would have but we were under some time constraints and they were the only that fit that.

Our front yard grass had a fungus, and nothing we did, helped it. Marc and his crew transformed our yard into a xeriscape with a river rock 'flowing' down the center, all in one day! Very punctual, very efficient. Left the area sparkling clean. Looks terrific! Thanks, Marc!

Traci at Last Call install was amazing! She took great pride in her work. She started and finished the job on time. She stuck to her quote even though the job was more extensive than expected. Even when the job was completed, she continued to have the yard monitored, for an additional two weeks until we could fly down, to make sure it stayed green. Above and beyond the job expected. Can;t say enough good things about Traci, Last Call and her team!

My husband and I have never had any experience with landscaping, so before we picked a company, we had 4 give us design ideas and bids. Last Call by far surpassed the others. We also had a very tight budget and Traci did an amazing job helping us figure out how to get the most out of our money and get as much done as possible. We have more work we want done in the future and will not hesitate to use Last Call or reccomend them to anyone with a landscaping need, large or small. They did an amazing job, great service from start to finish...and even after!

The overall experience was excellent. Traci is knowledgeable, competent and reliable. We particularly appreciated the fact that she did not try to make us spend more money than necessary, even advising us to eliminate some items that were not needed. Either Traci or Sarah were prompt to get back to us when we left them messages. They have an excellent team that worked very quickly and efficiently, leaving no mess behind. When we called them to have something fixed, they were here the very next day. They are the right team if you're looking for a worry-free experience.

We hired Last Call Install to re-grade the area in front of the house to slope away for proper drainage and to add granite for a nice finished look. Initially, there was a miscommunication between the estimator and the workers resulting in only one mound being graded. After speaking to them about the drainage concern, they cleared up the miscommunication amongst themselves and re-scheduled to finish the job properly within the week, even after receiving payment after the initial work. With an ordinary contractor, I would have figured once they got money in hand, we'd never see them again. Integrity! Would use again!

Very good landscape design and support. Poor installation and customer service. Many plantings appeared to be stressed and small. Installtion lacked attention to detail. Experienced damage to several areas of my house from nicks in paint and stucco. Had to make several requests to correct oversights made during the installation. Poor communication concerning the companies accepted methods of payment. that are not disclosed in their written contract.

"Hi, Your crew did an awesome job! I can't believe you finished everything in one day. Thanks, Clyde This was your email sent to me regarding the job at completion. The payment was never a question as you were paying by check and then changed your mind at the ned to use a credit card that we are not set up to process. I have never heard anything about damage to your home? You had two requests after completion, both which we came out on the same day to take care of. As far as the plants, it is winter and they are standard for the size and species you chose. We do everything we can to have a pleased client at the end of each job."

Traci was always on time and listened to my wishes. I decided to hire them. On the day of installation she was on time and brought ample help, they had to go through the house to do the job and were very thoughtful doing it. They started at 7:30 and it was done and great by 11:00. I was amazed at the speed and great job they did. I love my new back patio.

traci came out and was very professional and did a great job in explaining what was going to happen after we settled on a design. The job took a little longer than we expected, but we undersstood. The sod is still not looking how we expected it too, but we understand that it will take a little longer. Some of the shrubs are stilllooking a little bad, but all in all we were pretty satisfied with the out come.

Originally we contacted Last Call Install in 2009, but due t other remodeling projects and glitches we ran out of money to have the landscape installed at that time. We contacted Tracy and Sara in March and finally had the work done. Our yard is not the slum of the neighborhood anymore. Tracy came gave us an estimate and ideas on what she thought we should do and ways to cut costs. Her crew was completely knowledgeable and professional. When the job was done our yard looked amazing. Everything was cleaned up and the work was done in half a day. Their bid was comparable to others received, but we liked Tracys knowledge .
