The initial phone conversation was polite & professional. They were later than they thought they would be & called to tell me that. Once technician got here he looked at my unit & told me the problem & what it would cost to fix it. I told him to please continue. While he & his helper were working, the OWNER himself showed up with his wife to check on things. We all had a wonderful conversation! I thought that was GREAT customer service! They completed the job & it cost me less than they told me! Then the tech called me a couple of hours later to make sure everything was still running smoothly. I would recommend them EVERYONE in the area!!!!
