I would give them a qualified recommendation. They do good work. The irrigation system works properly. Jim is a licensed plumber, which made the process easier for us. They promptly fixed one small issue with the system. Unfortunately, they are not very good at returning phone calls or communicating. As of today, we still have one such unreturned call. It was regarding a severe problem possibly related to the irrigation system. This is the kind of call the should be returned right away (the problem turned out to be unrelated to the work they did). Also, the job took much longer than estimated. One to two days turned into four or five.

The work was completed. However, this business needs to work on its communication and customer service skills. I had to continually contact them to get a "status report" on my project. The company advised the technician encounter additonal problems during the course of the project. This was never communicated to me. The only way I found out about the additonal problem is when I called to ask if the project was completed. I then was informed about the additional problem(s).

Very prompt and efficient. Fixed all the issues with our irrigation system during the visit. I did think it was expensive, and I won't see an itemized bill until it comes in the mail (which is bothersome), but I have no issues with the work, and with the professionalism of the worker.
