Brian was the representative from LEAK STOPPERs, Inc. He was very professional and respectful of our time. When he scheduled the appointment he was there and ready to work. He provided us with written proposals for the project and recommendations. The work was completed in a timely manner. Now hopefully the next time we have any rain we won't have the leak and if we do we have alternatives. Thanks Brian and Service magic. Sincerely A. Worrell

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
John came out the same day that I found them on service magic. He was very nice, professional, and knowledgable. He was able to give me two options- the "quick fix" and the perment fix... He was able to explain all the steps and materials needed. He was very informative. A month later, I called to get the work completed. The work was done the following day. THey guys that come were very friendly and answered any questions that I had threw out the process. They did great work and cleaned up. The work was great....

The owner talks a good game but that's where his expertise ends. He charged a lot but most of the leaks remained. (yes he did fix one leak). In one area he offered two different ways to do the repair with the more expensive method (the one that we chose) being guaranteed for 5 years. Of course it leaked and he would not make good on the warranty. In the end we had to replace the roof.
Response from Leak Stoppers, Inc.
"'In the end we had to replace the roof.' is why Leak Stoppers gets 1 star. When someone has a flat roof in need of replacement we give an estimate to install Firestone APP 180 low slope rubber membrane roofs with a 12 year manufacturers warranty and 5 year leak warranty. This customer did not want our new roof. They were trying to save money and had us try to repair the roof as is for penies on the dollar. The work was not guaranteed. We did agree to apply full credit (repair $) toward new roof as is the case with all un-successful attempted repairs (of old roofs). He's mad because of his decision to 'ATTEMPT' a repair of an old roof."

called and scheduled an estimate. Came on time for appointment. Very knowlegable and did the job very proffessionly. Due to weather could not finish all the work that was quoted. Coming back on Monday. I'm confidant he will since he would not accept any payment untill he finishes. Very good experience.

i received an estimate the same day i requested a list of contractors. Has many years of experience, and for some reason many people I called to repair the roof never returned my phone calls. did a great job and cleanup. My only problems was I had to wait awhile for a proper invoice to submit to someone else--but the work itself is great.
