Jim is absolutely the BEST service person ever to walk into my home. I never have had a computer person REALLY find the problem, but jump around. While what I tried to communicate appeared as the same problem, now only more complex. Jim stayed until he found the actual problem instead of band-aiding some symptoms, charging and leaving. He found the wires to the router just weren't connecting... Other IT people have said, "Very impressive", when I describe his journey to actually fix the problem and not take the easy way out. Just a wonderful gentleman in all areas.
