Leo was timely but the quality was suspect. I still have a leak from his work and he was not willing to redo some things that were not done right. My wife was really displeased.

he started out great! on time and everything but after the job was done and there needed to be touch up work to complete it there was no contact or follow up. quite sad. he seemed like a great worker...too bad the follow through was lacking.

1 - Leo canceld thefirst appointment because he was 'sick'. I was not convinced but went along with it. We rescheduled. 2- he called about the time he was suppose to be here and said he could not make it because it was drizzling. He came anyway. 3 - started the job, ripped all the rotten wood off the window frame and said he could not continue because of the weather. He said he would come back next week. 4 - he wanted leave the siding exposed to the drizzle. I told he had to cover otherwise the rain would get the dry wall moldy and then I would have to replace the entire wall. He is working on this now. I hoping for the best

Leo was fantastic. He just finished the work Friday primarily because of my needing to get final things delivered, my travel schedule and getting my partner out while I was working to answer questions, etc. He finished the work within a week like he estimated. He was on time, professional and worked to complete everything we agreed on from the first meeting. His assistant, Willie, was also very good and made sure the clean up happened throughout the day and before leaving each day. I had terrible experiences with two other handyman services previously and was a bit concerned that 'they were all the same'. Leo certainly changed that.

They were on time, the price was negotiable and fair. They cleaned up and did an excellent job.

He was very fast and thorough. He knew exactly what to do and it took him less than hour to fix. His price was VERY reasonable. I was contacted by someone else through this site and I received an estimate FOUR times what Leo's Handyman charged me. I'm very pleased with the work and would definitely recommend him.

My entire experience with Leo's Handyman Services was wonderfully professional...From the very speedy intial callback, to the in-home estimate and execution of services, Leo was the best! I contacted Leo's Handyman Service to investigate the source of water damage near one of my windows. Leo was very professional and did a great job of explaining what he believed to be the source of the problem. Leo applied sealant outside of my windows and searched multiple locations in order to find matching trim and varnish in order to replace what had been damaged. He did all of this in a professional manner. Also, I contacted him for an emergency situation on a separate occassion. Although he was unable to personally assist me at the time (he was out of town), he did reach out to colleagues to see whether they would able to assist.

VERY PLEASED W/EXPERIENCE...ASKED TO HAVE THE INSIDE OF MY SHOWER HAVE THE OLD CAULK PULLED OUT AND NEW CAULK PUT IN...HE DID THAT AND CAULKED THE OUTSIDE OF SHOWER AS WELL, REALLY APPRECIATED THE EXTRA EFFORT.

They actively try to make appointment with me for home estimation no matter job is big or small, and show up on time. The job is finished quick,well and price is quite reasonable. I definitely will use their service next time.

I thought he did a good job with the installation of my body mirror to the wall.

Leo was very professional and responsive. Rather than guessing at the cause of a leak on our deck, he did several water tests to pinpoint the problem. When his first attempt only fixed one aspect of the problem, he promptly returned to further assess the situation and make further repairs. He is very friendly, honest and thorough. I would recommend him highly to anyone looking for a handyman.
