We were given an estimate of $450-$750 for our project. The electrician was friendly and said the job would not be as bad as he had originally thought. He worked for 1 hour and 45 minutes when I checked in on him he said he was almost done. I had to leave for work. He said he would leave the bill. When I got home and got the bill he had charged me for 5 hours. When I called and asked about it he claims to have had to drill through areas of the wall but when I checked all the areas he drilled through nothing. He had no good explanation for the discrepancy.

"Upon review with the customer and our service tech we gave the owner a discounted rate on the projerct. It weas still within the price range we verbally quoted, without a site visit being done.
