Steve was personable and did good work. But he charged me more than what he quoted on the phone to do the work and I had no way of knowing what his basis for raising the price was. He should have honored the phone quote since that was the basis for my hiring him.

Steve stretched the carpeting in a bedroom that had become wrinkled over the last few years, then cleaned the carpeting in that bedroom and 1 other. We thought we were going to have to replace it, but it cleaned up beautifully! Steve was personable, on time, did first quality work and his fees were very reasonable. I will call him again for any carpeting needs and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Steve was on time, professional, did the job right for a fair price. I would not hesitate to use him again for his other services of carpet cleaning,and air duct cleaning. Unlike other carpet repair people, he did not make us clear the entire room of furniture first. He worked within our limitations to do the job well! He was also friendly and pleasant to have in the house.

Steve was prompt and provided a courtesy call to let me know he was on his way (so that I could leave from work and not have to wait around the house). The scope of the project was limited, but he did a good job. I would recommend Lillard's Carpet and Rug Care to others.

Steve was absolutely terrific. He was prompt and professional during the estimate visit. He quickly evaluated my needs (in this case stretching a frieze carpet that was bubbling badly) and quoted me a very reasonable price. He explained how the stretching process worked. I also had him clean my carpets. On the day of the work he showed up exactly on time. He explained to me the process he was using to do the stretching. After the stretching and deep cleaning my carpets looked brand new. Steve had onboard water for cleaning so there was no hassle in finding water hookups. I would highly recommend Steve's services.

Steve was very professional and courteous. He arrived on time and completed the service within the time period he quoted. Steve is a one man show, so customers do not have to worry about dealing with anyone but him. Also, his prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend him for any carpet repair or cleaning.

He arrived early and was very professional. He did a great job at half the cost of a previous quote. He was also able to get a stain out of my carpet that other carpet cleaners had not been able to do. I was so impressed with his service that I asked him to clean the carpet in the whole house. He gave me an extremely great price and I will use his service for my new house and recommend him to my friends.
