Electrical for Home Addition or Remodel Installation
Very knowledgeable, friendly and flexible. Worked within our budget...specifically, we did much of the "manual" work and they did the "technical". Littlefield checked our work to make sure it would meet code and gave us invaluable quidance. I really appreciate that they were willing to do that for us. Would definiately recommend them.

They did an excellent job!. Everything was done fast and flawlessly. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and they answered all of our questions and concerns. They went beyond the line of duty and did a great job at keeping their area cleaned up. We trusted their judgement and everything was done with little to no supervision. Work was done in about 15 minutes but we were charged for 1.5 hours of labor. I spoke with the manager (I believe) who explained that this was their minimum and in fact, they were lower than some other electricans for minimum charges. The minimum includes travel coverage. I understand this concept but we were not told ahead of time of this minimum charge or how much it would be. Even with travel time the job was no more than an hour total. Also the appointment time was for 9:00am. I received a call around 7:45 saying that the electrican was on the way. If you are in Denver proper you may consider hiring a local electrician.

"Matt, The 7:45 call was a courtesy call, Jason dropped his kids off at school & headed to you @ 8:30. The 1.5 charge is to cover our expense as a mobile business + Service Magic's fee to us. In our conversation, the only concern was if we can be there, in the AM, the next day. Compare our low price to companies like plumbline,Mr.sparky,Candlelight,McBride,Mr.Electric, who work off of commission."

They were very prompt and did the work quickly. The estimate was fair and the cost of the work was within the estimate quoted. The electrician also cleaned up after he was finished!!

"The customer needs to consider the time & gas expense invested for the job that happens unseen. We had to spend time procuring the particular product they wanted and compare it to other vendors pricing. Drive to location to pick it up and have with us prior to arriving to jobsite. In this case we had an hour and half already in the job prior to arrival to perform the work."

They were prompt, courteous, and professional. Andy assessed the damage from a lightning hit on our house, assured us there was no damage to the actual wiring systems and circuit breakers. I really appreciate the honest info without attempting to up-sell us on unnecessary work.

Very good follow-through on commitments. Great and conscientious installers came to do the work. Price is a little high, though. But I guess you get what you pay for.

"We try to be in the middle range regarding pricing. We are priced lower compared to companies that advertise. And with standard operating costs for a small company, we are a little higher than the guys working out of the family van."

Work was completed as promised and as quoted. However, I was under the impression that "Mike" himself would be doing the work, rather, he sent his crew after he said that he would do the work along with someone else. The crew ended up being very professional. Also, I had them install a motion sensor light in my pantry. It turned out to be defective. I called Mike and he replaced it with a better quality one. In the end, they did a lot of work (replaced 2 light fixtures, installed 3 can lights into ceiling, added an electrical outlet in my pantry and a motion sensor in the pantry) and I am very happy with the quality. One more thing, they were able to troubleshoot a light switch that wasn't working and now it works!

The work was done quickly and efficiently. The price was fair and the work was done professionally. They were also very careful not to make a mess. Why only 4 stars? - they did not check beforehand if I had the lighting can & junction boxes that I wanted installed. However, this was a small, quick, cheap job and the work order did not state that they would provide the junctions, so maybe I'm being a little unfair?
