With all the wintery weather we've been experiencing in MD, I needed help quickly to repair my asphalt shingle roof. John came by my home assessed the issue and provided me with a reasonable quote which I agreed to and LKC began the work the very next day. LKC did a great job making the repairs I needed to my roof, and I would use them again.

Overall a great company to work with. Quick installation, competitive pricing on an Azek deck. I'd give them an A on construction and a B on cleanup. Also, I took a star off for quality as we had to ask them to install a feature on our deck that other decking pros indicated was a "must-do". May just have been an oversight on that particular foreman's case. Bottom line: I'd hire them again.

LKC made a great presentation, with samples of all products to be used. Craig knows his business and his price was proposal was in the range I wanted to pay, but not excessive. His workers were excellent, clean and worked until completed..

Craig's company did outstanding work on our paver patio. The job was completed on time and the quality was great! Very easy to work with and no hidden surprises.

LKC replaced my roofing and gutters quickly and professionally. I will definitely be using them again for future projects.

LKC Construction Corp. was just what I wanted! Mr.Craig Charpiat (owner) not only explained in detail, but offered to research and remedy an issue that came up in regard to a property survey (something that he did not have to do). The written deck proposal was comparable in price and exceeding in scope of work that others did not offer. The deck seems well constructed and is a pleasure to have as an addition to my home. I highly recommend LKC Construction Corp. to those who wish a fair and equitable price and professional workmanship.

The whole experience has been very pleasant. They work very hard and efficiently and have done an excellent job.

LKC was on time. They did what they said. They fixed everything to my satisfaction, if anything was wrong.

These guys worked with me twice as hard as any other contractor. I revised my project, descoped, changed materials, had a permit issue (my issue) and through all these Craig worked witih me, still coming out on time and with a fair price. His crew was here, did their work, cleaned up and we enjoyed our deck the same day. Craig and the crew were very polite and professional from start to finish. I found them to be extremely dependable. They showed up on time and got the job done, even though the job coincided with a nasty, snowy weather week. Care was taken to protect the other areas of my house with drop cloths, plastic sheeting, etc., and they did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. Communication was good, the project was completed timely, and my new bathroom looks great! I have already decided to use LKC for my second bathroom remodel.

Craig provided the most professional proposal out of all the other contractors who gave us quotes for our deck/patio. The price was competitive and quality of work was also good. There was some misscommunication about the area of the patio and measurements, but it was worked out to our agreement before the work started. One thing I did not like was the clean-up job done at the end. The area around the retaining wall and fence where the grass was dug up was not cleared properly and straw was used for growing the grass. I would still recommend LKC.

Overall, I thought LKC Construction Corp. did a good job.

Craig and his team were very professional and the job was completed as scheduled. There was some minor miscommunication about a bench that we discussed after the Contract/work order had been signed. We had talked about adding a bench across one corner of the deck for about $50 using the leftover lumber from the deck. The bench didn�t get built. Craig offered to send some of his crew back to put in a bench, but the price would be $150. I told him to forget about it. Craig and his crew did an excellent job on cleanup and working around several flowers to build the deck and fence.
