Luminescent Designs, Inc. is a full service electrical contracting firm providing quality, state of the art services to government and private clients, throughout the Washington metropolitan area. Founded by Daryl Stevens, the Chief Executive Officer, LDI was incorporated in 1988 and has had a successful performance record for the past 13 years. The firm became certified by the Small Business Administration's 8(a) Small Business Development Program in June 1995 and will remain in the 8(a) program through 2004. Additionally, Luminescent Designs, Inc. is a certified minority business by the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) and the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (LSDBE). Luminescent Designs, Inc. utilizes these developmental programs to generate growth through multidisciplinary projects and services.
