Landscape Design Service
When we wanted to change the scope of the project (reduce the amount of work he would do so we could pick our own plants), he refused to reduce it or his price. He cited that we had 3 days to change the scope and held us to it. What is kind of dumb is that we offered an ongoing lawn maintenance contract which would have more than make up for the reduced landscaping fee but he refused. We would not hire him again due to this fact. The quality of the work was good.
