Doors (Interior) Installation and Replacement

Installed a door and frame, and did a solid and timely job. I live in an old rowhouse, and the wall was not plumb, causing a gap between the frame and the wall at the base. The owner told me that he did not have the proper materials and would return to do this finish work. After well over a month had passed, and I pursued the return visit, he left a sharp message stating the finish work was a "favor" and that he would charge me four hours of work to take care of it.
