Magdan did a fantastic job! Daniel came out and evaluated the job and gave me an estimate, after going over all the estimates I recceived I called Daniel to accept his bid on a Wednesday by Saturday the job was done ( inspite of mother nature dumping a record rainfall & flooding). Magdan was very professional,cleaned up the site put back all fixtures and even put my wind chimes back. I would gladly recomend them to friends and family.

Magdan Home Improvement worked on my garage siding. First, they arrived early and completed the job in a day and they cleaned after themselves. They used quality materials and the installation was done properly my garage looks like new. There were some minor things that I was not satisfied with but they came out to fix the issues with no additional charge. I would recommend them to friends.

Very pleased with workmanship and customer service I received for our full house siding, soffits, fascia and gutters. Decision maker for me was how they showed they wanted my business and provided me with great decorative ideas. Pleasant and professional. Cleaned up everyday. Defintely will contact again for another project.

My expectations of service providers are always high. No provider that I have employed has ever met mty expectations. It pleases me to state that Magdan not only met my expectations but EXCEEDED them! Honestly, they went out of their way to make me happy. They also cleaned up every day. Can't say enough about our experience with this firm. Professional and reliable, work that's lasted a year and appears to be on track to do so for well longer. Would have written sooner as the work was done last year but like to make sure things hold up before advising others. Cost was right - I got a few estimates and Magdan hit the spot. No revisions on estimate and top quality finishing. A family business that made me feel good spending money. They work in any weather (2 inches fell while installing some components - NO LEAKS) and take pride in their work.

We were very pleased with Magdan Construction. We went out for bid and that's how we found them. The sales rep was very accommodating and easy to work with. The laborers did a great job replacing our windows, our fascia and gutters at a reasonable cost. We plan to use them to side our house next year. We highly recommend this company!!

Reasonable. Great workmanship. Brothers Danial and Adrian as project manager and crew boss were great, Worked every day till job was finished.. Helped with elements, ideas to reflect original design. With new siding, roof and many windows house is tranformed. Rebuilt back entry without suggesting we tear down entire porch. Adapted to changes we made as job progressed. Friendly, profesional, highly reccomend if you want the person/people you talk to to be the people who do the job.

They answered and addressed any questions we had. Very professional, knowledgeable; arrived early, stayed late and cleaned up each day. Great work. I would definitely recommend Magdan Construction.

Got 4 estimates thru Magic. Magdan, had a very good price. Two brothers, Adrine and Daniel came over for the estimate, they were friendly and more importantly knowledgeable about their work. So we went with them. Was a little concerned that their price was lower than a couple others, however the tuck pointing was TOP notch. The Owners were on site while the work was being performed. The tuck point and chimney work went so well that we had them do siding on the garage as well. The Owners actually did the Siding work. On time, courteous and most important great work. Will have them back to do roof next month. Go with these guys!

Overall experience was GREAT! From the beginning, Daniel was very punctual, professional and informative. Magdan replaced our roof, gutters, and installed insulated vinyl siding with shakes. Even with the winter storms and the Holiday season, they continued with the project. I would definitely recommend Magdan to family and friends. It was a pleasure doing business with Daniel and his family.

This family run construction company was outstanding. They are extremely meticulous and skilled at their craft. They are courteous, organized, and kept all work areas clean at the end of each day. The quality of their workmanship was exceptional. I have a neighbor who is in the construction business and commented that this is one of the best jobs he's seen. I plan to have them back in the spring to relace my roof. The price was also very competitive and fair.
