Richard called immediately, listened closely, then when he knew crews wouldn't be able to get to my house (day before Thanksgiving and stove island had blown out), he jumped in his car and came himself. It turned out to be a simple breaker problem. He charged me less than standard and was as nice as you could ever ask. I will call Magic Electric again for sure.
